Experience is the good teacher. We have both the experience and the success in management and leadership training. We work with your leaders and provide them with the training and proven roadmap to achieve better performance as well as implement leadership methods that will carry them through the remaining business cycles. It's not a seminar or workshop, it's a scheduled 8 hour week (4 sessions 2 hours each ) on Zoom helping them put a plan into action that will increase both performance leadership qualities, and help guide continued performance week after week. We work only with your managers and help guide them to be more effective with their teams and their subsequent performance

We will publish and provide training materials on leadership that are timely and relevant. Our primary goal is to work with you and your leadership team on process and performance. It is our goal to provide three full-day workshops a year - on Zoom, or live in major cities, these workshops will be for the leadership teams of our clients. They will not be open to the general public. They will be training and task driven and cover both specific tactics as well as general management realities facing schools, colleges , and admissions managers. They will learn and share material and ideas with each other and come away with new ideas and effective and proven strategies
